Bryan Dibos is an amazing realtor! First time home buyers here. He first sat down with us to find out what we were looking for in a home, location preferences, and other features that were important to us. We didn't live in the Eugene area, but he spent an entire Saturday with us driving all over looking at many houses. He worked very quickly when we wanted to put an offer on a house, and helped us determine the best way to have the strongest offer without initially offering thousands of dollars over asking price. Our fears of picking the wrong location, a house out of budget, and buying a house with major underlying conditions were extinguished by Bryan's expertise in the Eugene area, awareness of the market, and connections with other experts (inspectors). He was very patient and provided educated responses to all of our questions and concerns. He has kept connected with us even after the home buying process was finished when we had questions about keys and other house features.
