Teri was born and raised in San Diego. She attended and graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work.
Teri, her husband Mike, and their three boys moved from San Diego to Eugene, Oregon in 1995. She enjoys interior design, home improvement, traveling but most importantly, spending time with family and being a “Nana” to her eight sweet grandbabies: Caleb, Sadie, Lewis, Eva, Jonah, Rory, Keely, and Iris!
Teri grew up in a family Real Estate Business, has 15+ years of mortgage lending and residential appraising experience, has owned her own business as well as teaching for 10 years at O’Hara Catholic School and Marist High School. Teri’s extensive background in helping others and business ownership encouraged her to transition from working as a Buyer’s Specialist to starting her own Real Estate Team. Teri is thrilled to continue offering exceptional experience, service, and loyalty to all her clients!

Bryan Dibos
Real Estate Broker
Bryan Dibos was born in San Diego but moved to Eugene with his family when he was young. He immediately fell in love with everything "Oregon Ducks". When he was younger, he and his family were fortunate to attend many football and basketball games. Bryan graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Economics.
After graduating, it became clear that he wanted to carry on the family passion for Real Estate. His favorite part about Real Estate is spending time with his clients, showing houses, and hanging out. Real Estate has given him the chance to rekindle older relationships and start new ones with awesome people!
In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife, Becca, and their four kids. You can frequently find him pulling out the board games, building forts, and playing tag. Jeremy Dibos
Real Estate Broker / Buyer Specialist
Jeremy Dibos was born in San Diego but moved to Eugene with the rest of his family at a young age. He then went on to attend the University of San Francisco for Architecture.
Jeremy has worked in construction for several years now as an independent General Contractor specializing in finish work and remodeling. He has always had a passion for real estate and successfully flipped his first house at the age of 20. At the age of 22, Jeremy spent a year in England renovating a historically listed 19th century home. There he learned different building codes and techniques, traveled Europe unaccompanied, won first place with his team in the village barrel rolling race, and even made an appearance in a popular English television show.
With his years of experience in construction, remodeling, design, and rental property maintenance, Jeremy has decided to unite his talents with that of Real Estate to help his clients find their dream home.
In his free time, Jeremy loves doing just about anything outdoors with his two dogs, Benny and Jet. He has always had a passion for fitness and nutrition as well. If he’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find him at the gym, out with friends, at a dog park, or just about anywhere outside! His favorite words to live by are “be grateful and drink more water.”
Christina Jenkins
Operations Manager/Marketing Coordinator & Real Estate Broker
Christina has roots in both Eugene & Sweet Home, Oregon. She has lived in Eugene the past 9 years while attending and graduating from the University of Oregon in 2018 with a Bachelors in Business. With a background in administration and marketing, Christina plays an influential role in managing the day-to-day aspects of the team and marketing operations. In addition to managing the team, she is also a licensed real estate broker and loves serving her clients in a way that makes their experience as exciting and worry-free as possible. She loves the people she meets, the relationships that are built as well as the smiles of joy on her clients' faces when they find their new home.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys traveling to new countries, exploring the PNW, and spending time with her dog, Kahlua. Her favorite words to live by are, "Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of fear." -George Addair
Sarah Swindling

Sarah was born and raised on a farm right outside of Eugene. She earned a Bachelor of Science of Echocardiography from Oregon Institute of Technology. She worked in echocardiography for over 10 years before making the transition to real estate. She excelled at this career due to her attention to detail, ability to handle high pressure situations and her compassionate professional demeanor. She uses those same qualities when helping her clients.
Sarah and her husband Alec have two beautiful children, Rosalie and Declan. Sarah has experience with rural properties and has owned multiple. They currently live in a 1909 farmhouse that they have renovated. They enjoy living on their homestead with various farm animals and a large garden. She enjoys gardening and exploring this beautiful state with her family. If she’s out of the office, you can find her at her farm, on a lake or at a trailhead.
Sarah has a passion for learning and has completed numerous DIY home improvement projects over the years. She enjoys discovering the potential of each unique property. Sarah has a strong desire to help others and wants to help her clients find a home they love. She prides herself on working hard to provide excellent service to her clients.
Sierra Marshman
Office Assistant
Sierra has worked in Real Estate since 2021. She moved to Oregon from Utah to study at the University of Oregon. She graduated in business with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. Sierra is highly motivated and loves learning all about Real Estate. She has worked on the administrative side as well as getting hands on with Real Estate transactions. She loves the challenge and fast paced environment that Real Estate has to offer. In her free time she enjoys being active and spending time outside in beautiful Oregon.
Megan Balthrop
Social Media Manager & Staging Coordinator
Megan was born and raised on Bainbridge Island, just a short ferry ride away from Seattle. Megan attended the University of Portland and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelors in Marketing and Management. After a few years in Seattle working for King County Finance and Business Operations, Megan and her husband Nick relocated in 2015 to his hometown of Eugene, and haven’t looked back since.
There’s never a dull moment in Megan’s house with three young children as well as two goats, two dogs, and chickens to keep them company. Her house is a circus, but she loves it. In the summer months, Megan and her family love camping throughout Oregon and recently renovated their first pop-up trailer.
